There is no stopping Australia, New Zealand and Asia’s largest fabric, craft, party and homemaker superstore Spotlight! That weekend after I have did some shopping for clothing buttons which I can't resist buying some of the sophisticated designs from here, I also shared about the curtain shopping with my mom so that she's aware of this great shopping place near to her place too. 

From its stellar beginnings at Ampang Point, Spotlight isn’t slowing down any time soon as it continues to spread its presence to Seri Kembangan after a successful launch of their flagship store in IPC just last month. Spotlight’s expansion is further established with the opening of its largest store yet in The Mines Shopping Mall.

Set to be the biggest Spotlight outlet to date, the store at The Mines Shopping Mall will welcome shoppers in its 31,000 sqft retail space.Shoppers will surely be spoilt for choice with over 100,000 vast selections of heavenly delights in six categories, ranging from Home Furnishings, Manchester (bedding), Home Decor, Dress and Fashion Fabrics, right down to Craft, Hobby, and Party essentials, all at attractive prices.

To celebrate this joyous occasion, Arisa Chow, a talented fashion designer, blogger, freelance model and avid cosplayer was on hand to demonstrate and exhibit her creativity on how she turned Spotlight’s fabrics and haberdasheries into two masterpieces, the much-loved floaty, whimsical Elsa’s costume and a spectacular dress.

“Get your shopping gear on and make your way down to score yourself a good shopping time while letting your imagination run wild at Spotlight The Mines,” Eva added. Haha...this time of my shopping 'Spotlight' round, I have managed to grab the pink magenta curtain for my living room for the summer season. It's all due to the hot humid weather with global warming condition that's happening to the world today. I chose this 'total block' sunshine which is a total blessing protection, nicely decorating my living room from the broad day light. At night, I opened the sliding door for some fresher, cleaner air to come in before I close it for the 'total privacy' I was looking for my home sweet home because you cannot see anything through this quality fabric. I wanted the green one but it was out of stock, so I may try to get it from another branch in my next coming shopping trip at Spotlight.
