At the launch, held at Mydin Mall USJ, Lee was joined by Rodney Tan, SBFM’s Head of Marketing and Celebrity Chef Anis Nabilah. During the launch, Chef Anis Nabilah demonstrated the way to make lempeng kelapa and the Ribena® pomegranate drink, both of which were reimagined to include Ribena® among the ingredients. All the guests and children from Pertubuhan Rahoma Darul Fakir also joined the buka puasa session.

Malaysians experiment with new recipes to complement the traditional favourites,
so we decided to work with Celebrity Chef Anis Nabilah to reinvent favourites
with a Ribena® touch. To share more Ribena® Moments with Malaysians from all
walks of life, we are honoured to also have this opportunity to host our guests
from Pertubuhan Rahoma Darul Fakir for buka puasa,” Lee added. In fact, I just told the media friends that I have spend my Buka Puasa 2015 with Anis's yummylicious Rendang Chicken and Muffin that is out of this world. She's one great Chef who is very sweet and nice too.
In total, Celebrity Chef Anis Nabilah has
created eight exclusive recipes featuring Ribena® as the key ingredient, for
the Saat-Saat Ramadan & Raya Ribena®
campaign. Other than lempeng kelapa and the Ribena® pomegranate drink, the
other recipes are apam kukus, Ribena® pineapple tart, Jaffa cakes, Ribena®
blended drink with mango and pineapple, Ribena® rose and lemongrass drink, and
