Travel The World With Canon EOS M10 & Rilakkuma

Rilakkuma was created to reflect the dreams of a carefree lifestyle in busy Japan. I remember my Rilakkuma destiny was met 2 years ago in my last Hokkaido Spring Holiday where I bought 3 super duper cute Rilakkuma Pens for my 3 Charmers. They loved it so much and thanked me gratefully for the cutie pens. That day I showed Lynette my pictures at this event, she shouted excitedly to me "Rilakkuma" that made me laughed out loud. Haha...Who can ever resist this cool Rilakkuma, all of us gone crazy happy for it that afternoon!

Rilakkuma, translated as relaxed bear is a popular Japanese character. This 'bear in the relaxing mood' is always lazy and relaxed anytime, anywhere, moving at his own pace. So like me, kinda clicked pleasantly with my personality as well. Like I always said to all, I'm more into relaxing mood now with so-called half-retired life. Still moving actively but slowly and steadily, living up the kinda happy life I'm aiming for everyday. Rilakkuma, who is not a  real bear is a bear suit with a zipper on the back with a secret.

“Combining Rilakkuma, a popular character with Canon EOS M10 the lightest camera in the compact series, we hope to bring ToyTravel to every fun-loving social media user and photographer out there to make their next travel adventure a more memorable one. With the sleek and chic EOS M10, users will be able to capture superior quality photos and videos for sharing on social media platforms,” said Sandy Lee, Senior Marketing Manager for Consumer Imaging and Information Division of Canon Marketing ( Malaysia ) Sdn. Bhd.

Nui-Dori or more commonly known as ToyTravel is sweeping the world off its feet. Partnering with much-loved Rilakkuma, Canon joins the bandwagon by encouraging users to artistically incorporate the ToyTravel trend in their photos and inspire creativity among social media users. To kick things off, users can now have Rilakkuma as their next travelling companion with Canon’s special edition EOS M10 box set, bundled with a limited edition 24cm Rilakkuma plush toy. ToyTravel is the art of photography where toys imitate life. It’s common for social media users to inject creativity and fun into their everyday adventures with a preferred animated object from a figurine in a bowl of cereal, to a stuffed toy strapped into an airline seat, the possibilities are endless. The lunch box in which I chose the Salmon Set for more protein intake nowadays at Whup Whup Cafe tasted really delicious, not forgetting the refreshing Watermelon Juice that's hydrating and cooling my body as well. Not bad actually, the overall arrangement by Canon. Totally worthy of my trip that Saturday, had a good time with friends and Rilakkuma.

Designed for perfect selfies, the self Portrait mode features a one-touch beautification shortcut that offers a skin smoothing effect. Its Wi-Fi feature also allows seamless sharing on multiple social media platforms. With optional jackets sold separately, in a range of striking colours such as classic Navy, a sweet hue of pink, Whimsical Aqua and monochrome Border, users can now style and customize the camera according to their fun personalities. Lucky winners for Best Dress & lucky draws with superstar Rilakkuma for a picture momento.

The EOS M10 is the newest addition to Canon’s EOS M range of high performance mirrorless interchangeable-lens cameras. As the most compact and lightweight in the series, EOS M10 is the perfect camera to bring along on all types of adventures with its large 18.0-megapixel APS-C sensor and fast Hybrid CMOS AF II system, users can now capture excellent quality photos of spontaneous moments with no more missed opportunities. After completing the 3 stopovers for a perfect picture with Rilakkuma, we're thrilled to be presented this limited edition 24cm Rilakkuma plush toy which is going to travel the whole world with me from now on, lucky him.
